Hi
Does PF 2010 instant logoff work also in VDI (W7) environment?

To my knowledge, yes.
Do you have a reason to think it does not? Are you experiencing problems?

From my point of view (correct me if i'm wrong), Instant Logoff functionality in RES PowerFuse is disabled by default on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and Microsoft Windows 7 (both x86 and x64). At this point UPHClean will take over.

I thought I heard that the UPHClean functionality is integrated in Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 so both UPHCLean and Instant Logoff have become obsolete.

The disconnect functionality is still valuable and will function in a VDI environment. And yes, closing of the registry handles is no longer required on Vista/Windows 7 machines/VMs and PowerFuse will no longer interfere with this process (may be implemented on PF 2010 only?).

Thanks, Iain
