hi,

in a powerzone for network printers all printers are defined for location A
however, when i log on the network @ location A using a thinclient im missing
one of the printers that is configured in the powerzone to print to

the printer is like all the others configured ACTIVE

what can be wrong?

When you loog at the errorlog in the user Workspace Analysis, is the printer set then?
If not, then it's likely there is something wrong with the access control.
If the log says the printer is set, then it seems something else is going wrong...
Are you using "fast connect"? Are you using "Wait for task to finisch before continuing"?
Which Operating System are you experiencing this issue on?
And most of all... which exact version of RES PowerFuse are you using?

i did not look well
the printer WAS missing in the list of network printers in powerfuse
