Dear Fellow Forum members,

I am implementing RES Automation Manager to configure and install applications on a Windows 7 environment.
Normally when an application has no silent installation options I use Autoit to automate the install. Autoit presses the right buttons based on the screens that are displayed during the install.
Since the AM Agent runs in the context of system I am unable to present these screens to the user who has the console session.
Even when I change the job properties to run in the context of my console user this doesn't work. (the OS stops these screens from comming trough and presents a warning message)
Is there a way to get something like this working again (like it dit in Win XP and 2003), by for example running the AM agent service in a user context in stead of system?
Or am I going to have to repackage the installers and loose the vendor support that way?
We use Altiris Rapid Deployment Pack in many environments and for Altiris this just works since the agent is running in te context of a user with who'm I can logon to the console during deployment.

thanks in advance for thinking with me on this one,

Martijn.
