Hello everyone, wonder if you could advise me on an issue i have.

I am using Powerfuse 2010.

I am trying to configure "User Settings" so it will track all settings and user prefs and load them on any desktop the user logs on to.

I have one problem, when trying to select the Registry to track option, i want to select the base HKEY_CURRENT_USER key and track everything below it, how ever when clicking ok, I get a warning stating "Please select a more specific registry key or specify one or more process to track" I am sure this cannot be correct as having to select each registry key to track is not practical.

I think I am missing something,  has anyone else seen this issue Huh!?!

Folder to track I have just set to %appdata% which i think is right.

Any advice would be great,

Cheers

Richard

Not sure, but try a wildcard at the end. \*.

Richard,

I think it's by design. If you track and save all changes in the entire HKEY_CURRENT_USER hive you might as well give the user a Roaming Profile So in order to force the administrator to give some though on what he wants to track RES PowerFuse doesn't allow the entire hive to be monitored. Perhaps you can try it on application level.

hello, i can see your point too, even so doing it this way gives more control over roaming profiles, and as time goes on it will allow you to fine tune settings etc.

Cheers for your input
