Hello,

I have a very small client with a big issue.  Their ERP installed on Citrix needs use the Outlook on the local PC(long story).  The question is :  Does the express edition support this funcitonality with workspace extender or what is the lowest end Powerfuse edition that supports this?  I have looked at the faeture list, but I am not familiar enough with your product to know which one to recommend.  I have contacted a reseller, but so far, the question remains undertmined.

thank you for any/all input

best regards

Paul

Hi paul123,

The lowest version of PowerFuse that supports the extender is the Standard version of PowerFuse.

I would advise you to contact RES Support at support@ressoftware.com - and they can help you get the right solution. So when contacting them, please tell them about how the application works (the ERP), and how the local Outlook works with that....

Thomas,

RES PowerFuse Express is a free version and does not include Solution Assurance. Therefore Express users do not get the free Support that paying customers get. On the portal there is a special section where Express users can register a Support call after paying 299 Euro.

For information on purchasing RES PowerFuse licenses I would rather rever to a Reseller or Distributor, a list of which can be found here:

Here 4 months down the road you may also opt to wait for the release of the stand-alone VDX (virtual desktop extender) product, scheduled for Jan'11
