Hi guys,

We have a problem with powerfuse.
We user windows 2008 R2 citrix servers and a Forefront TMG (windows 2008 R2)
Now the problem is that sometimes users need to press F5 to let the website show.
First they see Page can not be displayed.

The strangest thing is that is sometimes work right away and the other time it only works after hit F5.

We tried to exclude powerfuse but when we go to the site on a Citrix server with proxy there is no problem.

Does anybody had the same problem?
And does anybody knows the solution?

Grtz

Edit: just did a test without ForeFront TGM and the problem exists within powerfuse session.

Hi there,
By the lack of response it would seem that no-one has experienced this yet. If you haven't done so already, I believe your best option in this case is to contact our support department and start a ticket on this.

In addition to the information you've already provided, make sure you have the following ready for them.

- PowerFuse version you are using (x.x.x.x) see this in the lower hand corner of the console
- What browser/version are you using, I presume IE.
- It does sound like a randomly appearing issue (hate those Smiley. Have you discovered any way of triggering the behavior since then?
- A tracefile is also a good thing to keep handy.

Hope this helps,
