The BB has to modules and a resources.
The first module (under contruction) places a background in the windows folder of the client. Than it modifies the registry to place this background on the logon screen and reboots to show the screen.
The second module (under contruction finished) places the None value back on the logonscreen, so it defaults back to the normal blue screen on windows logon.

We use it as follows:
First an client gets its OS by imaging. The image only has the OS and the Wisdom client.
The client gets in a team following rules. The team launches a project to prepare the client for use.
As most projects involve several reboots and can take a lot of time (imagen a Terminal Server is getting al the software it needs), it is handy to see if it is still busy (not looking in Wisdom).
So we use these modules to place the background, so everyone can see it is still busy. When the Under Construction background is gone, the user knows it's client or server can be used.
