Hello,
My name is Rick Eilenberger. Since January 2008 I have worked as a systems engineer working to sell the RES products here in the United States. The concept of user workspace is new to the United States market. Things are changing, media as well as software manufacturers have come to recognize workspace as a requirement for today's enterprise environment both here in the States and around the world.
So, we are all still very much at the beginning of something new and different. I look forward to taking part in, and monitoring our progress through RESUG. I encourage all of you to speak up, and to speak freely with regard to your needs and aspirations for user workspace management. What appeals to myself most strongly regarding user workspace is its focus on the user perspective. Putting people first is what matters most to my mind, as these folks are our customers. A focus on technology driven by customer service simplify's the complexities associated with technology service delivery, and makes for better business. Good luck to all of you in your user workspace journey. Thanks.
