How can i make two desktops !

a. one DT is default using the RES Shell where the user or group cannot add anything to the desktop, like shortcuts ea.

b. one DT is using the windows shell and where the user or group is able to add folders and shortcuts to it. These must be saved in the profile.

I tried some things but as far as the Different backgrounds i fail.

What is the best practise.

Why not configure your shell settings based on Workspace Container?
