Masterclass Presentation at PubForum
Posted on June 17th, 2009 2 comments
Hi Everybody, A couple of weeks ago, Yuri and I presented a MasterClass at PubForum in Dublin. If you’ve never heard of PubForum, it’s one of the smallest but tightest IT events in Europe. It’s for IT pro’s by IT pro’s, i.e. no marketing fluff at this event. It’s the straight dope, from the people who know stuff and want to share. Okay, I think I’ve plugged the event enough now (yes Alex, you can buy beer ;) Suffice to say, it’s a really cool event which you as a techie don’t want to miss out on. Next time is in Frankfurt am Main, June 2010, see the pubforum.net site for details.Anyway, the presnetation covers the following topics:
- The RES PowerFuse filesystems.
- The RES PowerFuse registry.
- Peeking inside the RES PowerFuse datastore.
- Debugging PowerFuse, tools of the trade.
- Sneakpeek: PowerFuse 2010
The presentation is currently pulled from the site as it’s undergoing review. A lot has changed since last year. I will upload it at a later time.

RESug at PubForum 2009!

There’s only 13 days left before the next PubForum. Hurry and register now as there’s currently only 6 seats left. If you haven’t heard about PubForm yet don’t feel bad. It’s not a highly publicised event, rather it is a highly technical event – for geeks, by geeks! If you’re in certralized IT and have had it up to here with over-comercialized events, then PubForum is for you! Held bi-annually, this time held in beautiful Dublin, it’s my third time onboard. I can tell you from personal experience that it’s damn well worth it!At PubForum, Yuri and I together with Steve Atkinson, are going to do the RES PowerFuse MasterClass where we will share cool stuff about what’s under the hood of the product, as well as valuable consulting experience from the field.
Have a look at the agenda for PubForum here
Seeya there!
